The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra concludes its Moxley Carmichael Masterworks Series and the final performance of the 78th Season with Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 4 this Thursday & Friday. Maestro Lucas Richman conducts the Orchestra, joined by guest pianist Spencer Myer. The concert will take place on Thursday, May 15 and Friday, May 16 at 7:30 p.m. at the Tennessee Theatre.

LENOIR CITY SELECTS PRIORITY AMBULANCE AS EXCLUSIVE EMERGENCY SERVICE PROVIDER

The City of Lenoir City is proud to announce Priority Ambulance as the city’s exclusive emergency and nonemergency ambulance service provider. The one-year agreement with Lenoir City, signed April 14, empowered Priority Ambulance to provide emergency and nonemergency medical transportation within the city limits, and the ambulance company is now fully operational in the city.

The grant – which was given to the non-profit organization through the Walmart Foundation’s State Giving Program – will work to provide job skill assessments and training to prepare Knoxville-area residents for customer service and retail jobs in their areas of interest.
