Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Cantina invites the public to a “Burrito Benefit” supporting the Volunteer Ministry Center (VMC) at its new Cedar Bluff location in front of Academy Sports on Tuesday, May 28, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Salsarita’s Cedar Bluff will donate 100 percent of burrito sales to VMC to support programs that serve Knoxville’s homeless population.

Salsarita’s, the Fresh Mexican Cantina with locations across the country, is celebrating the grand opening of its eighth Knoxville location at Cedar Bluff and Kingston Pike in front of Academy Sports. This fiesta will include burrito and hot salsa eating contests along with giveaways to the first 100 people. One of the first 100 will win Free Salsarita’s for a Year. Doors open at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15.
