In celebration of the Christmas season, Home Federal Bank invites its East Tennessee neighbors to enjoy two free screenings of “It’s a Wonderful Life” on Sunday, Dec. 14.

Young-Williams Animal Center’s comprehensive Spay/Neuter Solutions celebrated a significant milestone today, completing its 40,000th spay surgical procedure. The surgery was performed on the Spay Shuttle, a mobile surgical unit funded by a grant from the Aslan Foundation to support Young-Williams efforts to aggressively decrease pet overpopulation and animal homelessness in Knox County.

The Knoxville Symphony Youth Orchestra Association (KSYOA) will open its 41st season with a FREE Fall Concert on Monday, November 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tennessee Theatre.

The KSO kicked off the Library Story Time Program this week, in partnership with the Knox County Public Library.
