Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation (KCDC) has announced the appointment of new board officers following its annual board meeting.

Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation (KCDC) has announced the hiring of Sean Gilbert, who will start on February 17 as the senior vice president of housing.
