The City of Knoxville, KUB and Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee (CAC) are launching the Round It Up program to raise funds through KUB bills to help weatherize the residences of low-income homeowners and renters in KUB’s service area.

The Arbor Day Foundation has once again designated KUB as a Tree Line USA® utility.

With cooler weather just around the corner, KUB is encouraging customers to think “safety first” when using natural gas.

Preparations are underway for restoring power that may be interrupted by predicted bad weather on Friday. Just as KUB is taking steps now to prepare for the outages that may come, we want to help customers prepare by providing information on what to expect and how to stay safe during extended outages.
