The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra announces the 2014-2015 season of the Knoxville News Sentinel Pops Series. Subscriptions are on sale now starting at $105 and current subscribers have first chance to renew their subscriptions and retain their seats. Single tickets will go on sale in August 2014.

The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra welcomes the Indigo Girls THIS SATURDAY as part of the Knoxville News Sentinel POPS Series. The concert will take place on Saturday, March 15 at 8:00 p.m. at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium.

The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra continues its Moxley Carmichael Masterworks Series with Johann Sebastian Bach’s Six Brandenburg Concerti over two performances. The concerts are sponsored by Partners Development and will take place on Thursday, March 20 and Friday, March 21 at 7:30 p.m. at the Tennessee Theatre.

The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra will perform for more than 2,500 youth as part of the Very Young People’s Concerts. There are two performances: Tuesday, February 25 at the Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville and Wednesday, February 26 at the Clayton Center for the Arts in Maryville.

The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Lucas Richman have announced the 2014-2015 Classical Season. 2014-15 marks the KSO’s 79th season and the Orchestra’s final year with Maestro Richman.

The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra will perform Dancing & Romancing for the Clayton Valentine’s Pops Concert, part of the Knoxville News Sentinel Pops Series. The concert features romantic, recognizable Broadway tunes and will take place on Saturday, February 8 at 8:00 p.m. at the Civic Auditorium. Tickets range from $35 – $89.

The Knoxville Symphony Chamber Orchestra will be featured in A Night with the Arts: A Celebration Concert in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Sunday, January 19 at 6:00 PM at the Bijou Theatre.

The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra kicks off the Knoxville News Sentinel POPS Series January 11, 2014 with The Music of ABBA. The concert will take place on Saturday, January 11 at 8:00 p.m. at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium.
