The National Senior Spelling Bee is calling all word-lovers over the age of 50 to battle for a national title July 18 at the Knoxville Convention Center.

High school robotics teams have been building and programming robots since the start of 2015 in hopes of a first-place finish in this year’s recycling-themed challenge at the Knoxville Convention Center for Tennessee’s largest robotics competition.

The top spaniels from home and abroad will strut their stuff at the Knoxville Convention Center for a chance to be awarded “Best in Show” at the 95th Annual American Spaniel Club (ASC) Flushing Spaniel Show, January 9-11 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
