The downtown Knoxville office, located in the heart of the city at 625 S. Gay Street #205, is more than just a new space – it represents a homecoming. The original Wallace & Wallace Real Estate office opened in 1936 in the Journal Arcade Building on Gay Street. Now, almost 90 years later, the real estate brokerage is returning to its roots downtown while celebrating the vibrant growth and progress of the region.
