The Tranzonic Companies recently promoted Scott D. Bruch to director of operations for the national manufacturing firm’s Knoxville facilities in West Knoxville and Hardin Valley.
“Scott has utilized his experience and leadership to improve our distribution operation and now adds oversight of production and our warehouse as well,” said Brian Rhoades, executive vice president of operations for Tranzonic. “We congratulate Scott on his new position and have great confidence that he will thrive in this expanded role.”
Bruch joined the company in 2019 as a distribution manager. He now will be responsible for daily operations of the Hardin Valley production and distribution center as well as the company’s West Knoxville warehouse. Additionally, he will identify and implement cost-saving measures and oversee technology installations.
Bruch earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management from Fort Lauderdale College/Florida Metropolitan University. He has more than 20 years of experience in managing logistics and operations for companies such as Amazon, Frito-Lay Inc. and Coca-Cola, supporting productivity, staffing, safety compliance and process improvement.
He lives in Maryville with his wife, Stephanie, and daughters Kelsie and Jillian and enjoys spending time with family, watching sports and hiking.
