The Tranzonic Companies recently hired Charlie Hayes as warehouse manager for its facility on Governor John Sevier Highway. Opened in early 2019, the warehouse is the company’s second Knox County location.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, The Tranzonic Companies was founded nearly a century ago and manufactures and distributes wiping cloths, personal hygiene products, textiles, washroom supplies and accessories, wiping and cleaning supplies, and safety products. The company’s West Knoxville facility, located off Hardin Valley Road, is the largest manufacturing and distribution site for The Tranzonic Companies.

“Charlie is an experienced warehouse manager with a people-oriented leadership style that fits the Tranzonic culture well,” said Brian Rhoades, executive vice president of operations for Tranzonic. “His communication skills and attention to detail will help us pursue our company motto of a better way every day.”

Hayes has 20 years of experience in logistics. Prior to joining Tranzonic, he held a supervisor position at Miller Industries in Greeneville, Tennessee, where he oversaw shipping and receiving operations.
