The Knoxville Civic Auditorium announces Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone in concert

For the first time in Knoxville, audiences will experience a live symphony orchestra performing music to the entire film from one of the most beloved film series in history

The Knoxville Civic Auditorium has announced that the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra will perform Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone In Concert on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 7:30PM. The concert will feature the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra performing live, to picture, every note from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. Audiences will be able to relive the magic of the entire film in high-definition on a 40-foot screen while hearing the orchestra perform John Williams’ unforgettable score live. Tickets go on sale Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10:00AM and can be purchased via Ticketmaster.com, in person at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium Box Office, and by calling (865) 215-8999 or (800) 745-3000.

CineConcerts and Warner Bros. Consumer Products announced the Harry Potter Film Concert Series, a new global concert tour celebrating the Harry Potter films, earlier last year. The Harry Potter Film Concert that kicked off in June 2016 is another magical experience from J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World and is scheduled to include hundreds of performances across more than 35 countries around the world through 2018.
