Camden Baker has joined The Christman Company as a project engineer in the construction management and real estate development firm’s office in Knoxville, Tennessee.
“Through internships Camden completed at The Christman Company, we saw his enthusiasm and potential and are so glad to now welcome him to our team full time,” said Marty Gibbs, senior vice president and general manager for The Christman Company’s operations in Knoxville.
Baker recently graduated from The University of Tennessee where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management and served as President of the Construction Science Club. He now serves as the East Tennessee chair for the ABC Greater Tennessee Emerging Leaders board of directors.
During Baker’s first internship at The Christman Company in May 2021, he worked on UT’s Energy and Environmental Science Research Building (EESRB), UT Tower and Summer Place projects. He continued working on the Summer Place project during his second internship and is still assigned to that project.
