Tennessee Public Relations Alliance updates website URL

The Tennessee Public Relations Alliance, an affiliation of independent communications firms based in the state’s major markets and including Knoxville’s Moxley Carmichael, has updated its website and changed its URL:

“We refreshed the TPRA website with an eye toward enhanced security, mobile access and a new URL,” said Alan Carmichael, president and COO of Moxley Carmichael. “The redesign of features user-friendly navigation, social sharing and the latest information about the alliance’s services and charter members.”

Charter members of the alliance are McNeely Pigott & Fox Public Relations of Nashville, The Carter Malone Group of Memphis, Moxley Carmichael of Knoxville and Hispanic Marketing Group of Nashville. Q Strategies of Chattanooga joined the alliance in March 2015.

TPRA was launched in 2011 to provide blanket geographic coverage for products and issues in Tennessee. Since its inception, the alliance has worked with the Tennessee Grocers & Convenience Store Association’s Red White and Food campaign, which recently received national honors at the 2015 SABRE and PRSA award ceremonies. The campaign’s goal was to allow the sale of wine in retail food stores. Other TPRA projects include BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee’s communications efforts related to the Affordable Care Act and several other statewide issues and campaigns.

“Our goal was to remain at the forefront of digital media and web design, ensuring that the website works seamlessly across multiple platforms, prominently highlights our clients and underscores TPRA’s distinctive capability of providing statewide strategic communications solutions,” Carmichael added.
