  • Communicated about community input processes, master plans development and implementation milestones of several large public housing site redevelopments, including Five Points, First Creek at Austin and Western Heights for Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation.
  • Designed and implemented statewide primary research, message development and oversight for a 24-month campaign aimed at understanding needs and helping limited-resource mothers and caregivers on behalf of UT Extension.

  • Scott has worked in a variety of management positions in marketing communications for business-to-business and professional service firms in the Knoxville area, including Bailey International Corporation.
