Moxley Carmichael, a leading East Tennessee public relations firm, has promoted Lauren Christ to director of client services.
Christ celebrated her six-year anniversary with Moxley Carmichael in August. She served most recently as a senior account executive, representing regional and national clients such as Pilot Flying J, U.S. Cellular, PetSafe, Knoxville News Sentinel, Cherokee Distributing Company and Young-Williams Animal Center, among others.
In addition to serving several clients directly, Christ will manage client relations, provide strategic counsel, develop and guide client programs and participate in new business development.
Moxley Carmichael CEO Cynthia Moxley described Christ’s new role as an opportunity to strengthen the firm’s focus on providing high-quality, results-driven account services.
“Lauren will help oversee and guide our account services to ensure that they align with client goals and exceed client expectations,” Moxley said. “Our team prides itself on delivering results that move clients forward in meeting their business objectives. As our firm adapts and grows, we’ll utilize the diverse talents of that team to continue to provide clients with superior service.”
