Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic (KOC) has been named a Top Workplace by the Knoxville News Sentinel based on feedback from KOC employees. This marks the third time in five years that the leading orthopaedic provider has earned the top honor, with wins in 2022 and 2021.
KOC is based in Knoxville and has been serving East Tennessee families with orthopaedic care for more than 80 years. The group employs more than 1,000 team members across 10 office locations, seven urgent care clinics and two surgery centers.
Winners were recognized at the 2025 Knoxville Top Workplaces Annual Awards Celebration and published by the Knoxville News Sentinel on July 23.
