Gorney Realty Company LLC has purchased Cedar Ridge at Cedar Bluff office building, further expanding the company’s Knoxville footprint.
The Nashville-based firm specializes in leasing and acquisition of industrial and office properties. The acquisition of Cedar Ridge at Cedar Bluff, located at 480 N. Cedar Bluff Road, returns ownership to an in-state company. The five-story building offers 90,000 square feet of rentable space and is currently at 93% occupancy.

The roughly 30 tenants and building guests will soon benefit from plans to upgrade common areas, including the building’s lobby and restrooms. The average lease tenure is 7 years, and several businesses have been tenants for nearly 20 years.
