The Trust Company of Tennessee has promoted four team members to new leadership positions.
Chad Schollaert has been promoted to chief development officer; Lara Fleming, chief people officer; Adam Davies, vice president of retirement plan services; and Matt Prince, vice president of wealth management.

In their new positions, Schollaert will work collaboratively with the firm’s marketing department to foster growth in its service lines; Fleming will continue to foster a supportive and functional environment to both retain and expand staff; Davies will ensure that retirement plan sponsors receive stellar service through our company protocols and procedures; and Prince will expand his role in wealth management as a trusted advisor and financial counselor for clients.
