Hillcrest Healthcare Communities, Inc. recently added Ben Stiefel as administrator of its West Hills Health and Rehab facility in Knoxville. Stiefel oversees facility operations, including budget and personnel management, business development and regulatory compliance while supervising more than 140 associates at the 194-bed facility.
Hillcrest Healthcare Communities, Inc. operates three skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care facilities in Knoxville and is the largest local provider of skilled nursing care.

Stiefel earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lee University in 2007 and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. He has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare administration including service on the board of the Tennessee Health Care Association. Previously, Stiefel held administrator and executive director roles in Tennessee at Life Care Center of Collegedale, Signature HealthCARE, Golden Living Center-Brandywood and Life Care Center of Bruceton-Hollow Rock.

Stiefel lives in Powell with his wife, Lori Stiefel, and their three children, Brayden, 7, Hudson 5, and Annie Rose, 3. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors and finding fun activities with his family. He also loves music, plays the guitar and serves on the worship team at Life House Church in Oak Ridge.
